TERMS AND CONDITIONS: If you wish to submit/upload to RudeWives then you must you must agree to and accept all of the following terms and conditions:

1 I confirm the model(s) featured in the pictures are over the age of 18 years of age.
2 I confirm I am the legal owner of the pictures and that the pictures are not stolen from some other copyrighted source.
3 For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to RudeWives/AdPingo Productions an absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission in respect of pictures that have been taken of me in which I may be included with others, to copyright the same, in their own name or otherwise; to use re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising and trade, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection therewith if they so choose.
4 I hereby release and discharge RudeWives/AdPingo Productions from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the pictures, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
5 This authorisation and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns RudeWives/AdPingo Productions as well as the person(s) for whom the pictures and (or) movies were taken.
6 I am of full age, 18 years or older and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
7 Valuable consideration defined as the advertisement of pictures on the internet.
8 Submission/uploading of your pictures signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
